First off, thank you for the work you are doing here in Lake Country. Functional health is at the forefront of what our community needs to live stronger, healthier, and more vibrant lives.

This event brings practitioners together with a shared purpose: to better serve our community, support one another, and continue advancing a more connected and root-cause approach to health care.

Your participation in this event is an opportunity to connect with individuals who are actively seeking better answers for their health, collaborate with fellow practitioners across disciplines, and be part of a growing movement centered around education, prevention, and whole-body wellness.

To ensure a high-quality and well-rounded experience for both attendees and participating providers, all practitioner applications are reviewed by our planning board. Our goal is not exclusivity, but intentionality - creating a balanced event that represents a diverse range of evidence-informed functional health disciplines, philosophies, and approaches. Because space is limited, participation is based on overall fit, alignment with the mission of the summit, and the desire to create a collaborative experience with broad value for the community.

If this vision resonates with your practice and the work you do, we invite you to complete the application below for consideration.

What you can expect from the Planning Board

Clear and consistent communication

We are committed to timely updates, transparent expectations, and open communication throughout the planning process so that every participating practitioner feels informed and supported.

Full financial transprancy

We are committed to open and honest communication regarding event finances, including how practitioner fees and sponsorship contributions are used to support the planning, promotion, and execution of the summit.

Fair and Respectful Review Process

All applications are reviewed thoughtfully and consistently with the goal of creating the strongest overall experience for both practitioners and the community we serve.

A Shared Commitment to Community Impact

Above all, we are focused on creating an event that genuinely benefits the Lake Country community by increasing awareness, education, and access to functional health resources.

Thoughtful Event Curation

We are intentionally building a balanced and diverse practitioner experience that reflects multiple evidence-informed disciplines and approaches within functional health.

A Collaborative Approach

Our goal is to create an environment where practitioners can build meaningful relationships, share ideas, and strengthen the broader functional health community together.

Ongoing Support Leading Up to the Event

Participating practitioners will receive guidance, planning resources, event details, promotional support opportunities, and clear next steps throughout the preparation process.

Giving Back

Any net profits from the summit will be distributed equally in three ways: charitable giving within our community, reinvestment into the ongoing work of the planning board, and credits returned to participating practitioners to support future involvement and collaboration.

EXHIBITOR EXPECTATIONS

EVENT PROMOTION: The real measure of success for this event is community participation and attendance.  Actively promote the event through methods such as email, in-office, flyers, and social media.  Each exhibitor will be responsible for distributing up to 40 tickets.  Let's make this a big deal!

PRESENCE AND ENGAGEMENT: This is not a passive vendor event; this is a collaborative, community-driven experience. Be prepared and present for the full duration of the event (no early breakdown) with your space staffed at all times. Engage attendees and be prepared to educate, not just sell.

MISSION ALIGNMENT: Represent a functional, root-cause, whole-health approach. Be collaborative and respectful of other practitioners. Avoid aggressive or overly transactional sales tactics.

COLLABORATION: Be open to connecting with other practitioners. Participate in building a stronger referral network. Support the overall success of the event, not just individual outcomes.
